Fresh off our appearance at the spectacular local music festival Fiesta del Sol,
Atomic Groove is officially ready to welcome in the unofficial start of Summer 2023.
This Friday kicks off the Memorial Day weekend, and we’ll rock, groove, move, sing
and connect like we always do, playing dance jams from today to yesterday
to get your summer party started for the long holiday weekend.
Go ahead and wear some summer white, too!
We’ll feature our awesome soul vocalist Mark and our radiant AG Fly Girlz...
along with the vibrant Atomic Girl Carrie and the stellar guyz of the AG Band.
DANCE LIKE AN AG FLY GIRL
AG Fly Girlz Dance Class Series 4 begins every Tuesday, May 23rd.
Come learn a REAL AG Fly Girlz dance routine
taught by Atomic Girl Carrie, as featured at the
AG performance at the recent local music festival, Fiesta del Sol.
All levels welcome.
Same routine taught progressively for next couple months.
Three ways to tap into your inner AG Fly Girl:
-Drop in to class whenever you feel the urge. Once. Every once in a while.
No commitment whatsoever. Enjoy a class. Period.
-Come weekly and see how far you can go with learning the full routine.
Just for fun. No real commitment.
-Commit to performing. Work towards getting on stage at an upcoming
Happy Hour at Belly Up.
Class held at locally-owned MB Fit Studio, recently voted
“Best Boutique Fitness Studio”, in Solana Beach.

Atomic Groove
Atomic Groove has been San Diego’s premier Variety Dance Band for all occasions since 1995, serving the special event industry for private parties, weddings, galas, company functions and more, as well as appearing at their now famous Friday Happy Hours at Belly Up for the local community almost every Friday since 2004.
Each AG Happy Hour has a consistent delivery of fun and good vibes but is always has just enough change and variety to the show to keep a loyal, dedicated and enthusiastic crowd coming back for more, week in and week out.
Regular attendees remark at how it is therapy for them and how much they look forward to each Atomic Groove Happy Hour. First-timers are amazed at the vibe in the room and the sheer joy common to each person there.
An Atomic Groove Happy Hour is designed to give permission to let loose & be a little silly, by connecting to The Groove and dancing to your favorite dance jams from today to yesterday.
