Touring in support of his new album, What the Hell is Goin On, Thorn has been pleasing crowds for years with his muscular brand of roots music - bluesy, rocking and thoroughly Southern. The Tupelo, Mississippi native worked in a furniture factory, jumped out of airplanes, and was a professional boxer before sharing his experiences with the world as a singer-songwriter.What The Hell's centerpiece is the powerful title track, a blistering look at life in modern times that was penned by blues-rock icon Elvin Bishop. His many discs of semi-autobiographical tunes that have drawn comparisons to John Hiatt and John Prine, the critically acclaimed singer/songwriter -is commonly hailed as the "Mark Twain of Americana".

Sara Petite and the Sugar Daddies are a blended rock'n'roll-old country-bluegrass style band. The band members are lead guitarist Rick Wilkins, from the Outriders and the Nards, John Kuhlken on drums from the Macananys and Wade Maurer on the bass from the Macananys. They can be seen at the Ould Sod the first Friday of every month among other various bars, clubs, coffee-houses, schools, homeless shelters, breakfast diners, yoga and pilates studios, ice cream shops, organic grocery stores, farmers markets, shoe stores, cabarets and used books stores around town.
