The Platinum Rockstars Pure 80s Rock Superstar Show is Los Angeles’ #1 tribute to classic 80s arena rock ‘n roll featuring authentic re-creations of the most popular rock music of the 1980s all in one show! In this one amazing show, classic rock fans are treated to astonishingly accurate renditions of the greatest hits of Whitesnake, Def Leppard, Van Halen and Bon Jovi. And this rock ‘n roll extravaganza is kept constantly fresh with an ever changing set list to ensure that fans are always entertained with something new at every show.
Founded in 2009, the Platinum Rockstars have been tearing up clubs, festivals and corporate events throughout the western United States, including dates in Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego and Las Vegas with over 100 shows under their belts. The Platinum Rockstars have shared the stage with national acts including Pat Benatar, Foreigner and Barenaked Ladies and have headlined outdoor festivals in front of more than 6,000 classic rock music lovers.
In 2011, the Platinum Rockstars enjoyed their first SOLD OUT show ever, headlining at the Belly Up Tavern in San Diego, CA in June. San Diego fans were rewarded with three Platinum Rockstars appearances this year, with a fourth appearance slated for November 2011.
Lead vocalist David Victor is a classic rock tenor who delivers some of the best-loved and most challenging rock vocals of all time and the show often features world-class guest stars, including bassist Chuck Wright of the legendary Quiet Riot.
