Michael Muldoon

Talented singer songwriter Michael Muldoon is no stranger to performing at the Belly Up Tavern; he has been a regular for the past
15 years performing with such bands as Mad Dog’s And Englishmen, Blue Tomato, the Urban Gypsys. Michael made his name as a very successful hairdresser back in his native England. After moving his family to San Diego in the early 90’s this award winning crimper decided to make a lifelong dream come true, he began performing in San Diego venues with various local musicians. This has given Michael an amazing lifestyle where he still balances the act of hairdressing by day and singing by night. Michael happens to be one of the top stylists at ‘A Robert Cromeans Salon’ in the beautiful Harbor Towers in downtown San Diego. Michael’s album ‘Muldoon’ tells the story of a unique life and career of a very exceptional, talented, and passionate man. Michael is currently writing songs for his follow up CD with long time keyboard player Martin Greaves, and as soon as he is rid of the cancer and his voice has returned to normal the recording of the new album will begin.
