A time has arrived where an almost doomed Hip Hop is beginning to show signs of healing from critical condition. New comer FinaL OutlaW has emerged from the New York City underground scene, joining a handful of others who have made it their personal business to carry on tradition as well as preserve the true essence of Hip hop. He approaches the industry with a selfless mission to influence the world through his message, work and sacrifice. F-O focuses on improving the ideals of humanity as a whole, to strengthen and build together as one…However, don’t let his sensitivity fool you. This MC indoctrinates listeners with a passionately fierce and personal delivery; guaranteed to grab any ear. F-O draws his listener’s attention through a very comfortable, intimate, energetic and educational performance style he has developed.

Born at an unknown location in VA, moving around eastern U.S.A, and finally returning and settling in New York City where he was raised for the majority of his life, this nomad draws inspiration from what he simply describes as “existing”. His music depicts the harsh realities and struggles of the world around us; not through glorification, but by teaching a better way of life through his disparage for today’s society. Although he is often mistaken as a pessimist his music remains diverse and has proven to touch on a myriad of controversial yet imperative social subjects. Not limited by his ability to paint a very graphic picture through his vocabulary he is also a very sharp and kind well rounded young man. He considers himself to be a pioneer as well as an aristocrat of the Hip hop culture as he continues to sharpen his skill. FinaL OutlaW’s goal is ultimately a very simple one – to plant thought in the minds of the youth as well as his followers and supporters. F-O believes that if he can dramatically stimulate people’s ability to choose and make decisions in life he has done enough.

Although relatively still “under the radar” FinaL OutlaW has performed at nearly every Hip hop venue, spanning over the New York and New Jersey areas gaining him a solid and respectful placement in the underground scene. F-O is regarded as one of the most interesting acts to see if in the New York area, but remains an elusive character with a show once or twice every so often. His performances are generally centralized around Hip hop, but he has also been involved in University/College rally’s and performances, as well as educational and political forums, panel discussions, press conferences, marches, celebrations, meetings, and many other community events. He has been called onto the stage for everything from acting to speaking on various social and political issues. F-O has also been asked to speak to children ranging from public high school classrooms to programs for special children and children with needs. This diversity has given F-O praise from all types of crowds spanning people like New York City counsel men Charles Baron to legends like Professor Abiodun Oyewole, of The Last Poets (often regarded as the first ever rap group).

FinaL OutlaW has shared the stage alongside mainstream acts such as Papoose, Mr. Cheeks, Keith Murray, M-1 of Dead Prez, La Bruja, Amanda Diva of MTV2, Wu-Tang, DJ Mathematics, RA the Rugged Man, Professor Abiodun Oyewole, of The Last Poets and the Black Market Militia. He has also shared the stage with many underground and/or independent greats like B.A.R.O.N. of Red Clay, Majesty of Overthrow ent., Pack FM, Mez, Immortal technique, Jess Jamez of End of the weak, Skammadix, Dj GI Joe, C-Rayz Walz, L.I.F.E Long, Poison Pen, Diabolic, Akir, Hasan Salaam, Rod Starz, Rugged N Raw, Many Styles, Syanide, Sabac Red and Nonphixion, Pegasus, The 3 Kings, Preacher man, DVS, Slik da Relic, Nightwalker, Readnex, and many more; never leaving an audience unsatisfied.

In addition, FinaL OutlaW is a key member of the Grassroots Artist MovEment (G.A.ME) – An organization which aims to redirect Hip-Hop’s resources back to the Black & Brown communities. Its home base is in New York City but not limited to, as it has locals and chapters from as far as California to West Africa Nigeria. It is the first and only Hip Hop organization that has provided health care benefits for independent artists and its members. The International Artist Union (I.A.U) another G.A.ME component that F-O was once the director for; was designed to protect the rights of all musicians and hip hop artists. G.A.ME has also launched the R.E.B.E.L Program in order to build leadership qualities within the youth as well as prevent youth incarceration. Other members of G.A.ME include Immortal Technique, B.A.R.O.N. of Red clay and Hasan Salaam. (For more information visit www.kickgame.com)

Having already appeared in several independent music videos FinaL OutlaW also played an angry young New Yorker looking to lash out at anyone who resembles Afghani terrorists during post-9/11 times in the film Al Qarem. Al Qarem a 2006 Indy-project by Bozkashi Films is based on two Afghan-American youths living in Queens, NY on the eve of September 11th 2001. As racisms and hatred fills the city, the boys find themselves victims of the cruel backlash against all Muslims or anyone perceived as such. As their world turns upside down, they see first hand what fear and prejudice can do to a community. F-O has appeared in this and many other small independent films and has done work as an extra in major box office release films as well. Not satisfied by the roles he has been given due to racism and prejudice F-O is still seeking placement in a film with a more significant role.

Rapidly gaining the respect amongst other artists as a serious song writer, lyricist, leader, and cunning business man, as well as starting a small local following and an international buzz on the internet through myspace and other sources; F-O has managed to establish himself as a promising NYC Hip hop artist. Still a great deal of mystery has surrounded this New York MC. In late 2005 FinaL OutlaW released the Mixtape “We’re all gonna die” hosted by Majesty of Overthrow Ent. It was an initial success that jump started his fan base but F-O discontinued production of the mixtape because he felt it was a rushed project. There is a growing demand for his music and performances internationally. He has been very tight lipped about projects he is working on. Recently F-O released “We’re all gonna die Special Edition”. It is a revamped derivative of the 2005 project thus explaining the Special Edition or SE mark. It has all original production as well as the addition of all new songs. It is a highly acclaimed and respected independent release that has quietly been spreading. The project is described by him as being the intro to his 2008 album and he is satisfied with the finished product. He sells his current product online and hand to hand at shows. His debut album set to be released in late 2008 is a project shrouded in mystery. F-O is also releasing a book and documentary on the same year – another project hidden behind curtains. In the meantime, he can be found performing at shows in his home town NYC and the east coast region. He is also an EOW (End of the weak) regular and can be found every once in a while at the Pyramid club where the EOW open MIC is ran every Sunday night. He is planning several tours and a very long campaign revolving around his first ever album release late 2008.

The mission of this young man is one that stretches far beyond the boundaries of the entertainment industry. It seems that all this time he has been refining and preparing himself for something far greater than what he has already achieved. He has touched everything from film & acting, to music & writing, and even science & activism. He is well motivated on becoming an extremely successful business man. This is clear through his affiliations and partnerships with many small businesses and studies he leads/co-runs. All this accomplishment and he has not yet blessed the mainstream industry with his great potential. It is rare to come across an individual with such drive as F-O; clearly we are to expect unmatchable work from him.
