Eddie Turbo

Eddie Turbo served as resident DJ at Dub Dynamite’s Monday night weekly party for the last 4 years at Bar Dynamite alongside Tribe of Kings selector Rashi. He is the editor in chief of RE:UP Magazine and his Dub Traffik Control musical project with El Poeta has released two records so far in 2008 – one 7” 45rpm with Habitat Sound System and a limited edition 12” off Brooklyn’s reputable BSTRD Boots label. Turbo draws heavily from dub, as well as hip-hop and reggae, to make the dancehall nice again.
