DJ Adam Salter

“Music Sounds Better w/ You” by Stardust, came out in 1998. Although his love for music dates back to early childhood, after playing this track repeatedly for a month straight, Adam Salter knew DJing would be his creative outlet. He bought his first set of turntables in 1999 after going to his first underground parties/raves in San Diego and Mexico. Shortly after, he moved to San Francisco to attend college, but more importantly, to be part of the diverse music scene. He plays as The Analog Show w/ partner Erick Diaz on special occasions, and co-founded the infamous Danger danger parties that continue to push the envelope of the San Diego music scene. His influences range from Giorgio Moroder to Les Rhythm Digitales to Prince to Breakin’ Parts 1 & 2 (the movies). He has played along side and opened for Ladytron, VHS of Beta, Steve Aoki, Juan Maclean, Spank Rock DJs, Junior Sanchez, Dimitri from Paris, Felix Da Housecat, Stretch Armstrong, LA Riots, and The Presets to name a few. Genres mixed are all over the board and many times unpredictable, but entertaining nonetheless.
